跑完再说隐私政策
跑完再说是一款跑后复盘工具。中国大陆版本默认将跑步记录、主观感受和分析结果保存在用户的 iPhone 本机，不将健康数据备份到 iCloud，也不要求注册账号。
读取的数据
经用户授权后，App 可从 Apple 健康读取跑步时间、距离、时长、配速、卡路里、心率、步频、跑姿指标、路线、天气和相关训练数据。App 不读取通讯录、照片、短信，也不要求姓名、手机号码或 Apple ID。
AI 分析
只有在用户明确同意并主动发起 AI 分析后，本次分析所需的跑步指标、路线起终点、天气和用户填写的感受才会发送到跑完再说 AI 服务，并由第三方 AI 模型服务商处理以生成回复。上述数据不用于广告，也不用于建立身份画像。用户可在 App 的高级配置中撤回后续发送授权。
可选的数据同步
支持 ChatGPT 连接器的国际版本可由用户主动开启跑步数据同步。同步数据使用随机资料库标识隔离，不与姓名、电话号码、邮箱或社交账号绑定。中国大陆版本不提供这项云端同步功能。
保存和删除
本机数据由用户在 App 内管理，可随时通过“清空全部数据”删除。启用国际版云端同步的用户也可在 App 内清空服务端跑步记录并撤销连接。
安全与共享
服务使用 HTTPS。上传令牌和 OAuth 访问令牌以哈希形式保存。我们不出售跑步或健康数据，不将这些数据用于广告或训练自有模型。为完成用户请求，第三方 AI 模型服务商仅处理生成回复所需的数据。

After the run is a personal running data bridge for the 跑完再说 iOS app. It lets a user upload running workouts and authorize an AI assistant to read those workouts through a read-only MCP connection.
Data we process
The service may store running workout data uploaded by the user, including workout time, distance, duration, pace, calories, heart rate, cadence, elevation, weather, subjective notes, split data, route points if uploaded, and related technical metadata.
No account profile
The service is designed without user registration. Data is separated by a random vault identifier. The server does not intentionally collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, Apple IDs, or social account identifiers.
How data is used
Workout data is used to provide user-requested running analysis. For built-in AI, only the data needed for the requested analysis is sent after explicit consent to the After the run AI service and its third-party model processor. In international versions with optional cloud sync, a connected AI platform can read only the vault that the user authorizes with a temporary link code.
Security
Production traffic uses HTTPS. Upload tokens and OAuth access tokens are stored as hashes. MCP access is scoped to the authorized vault. Route points are omitted from normal MCP responses unless a tool call explicitly requests them.
Sharing
This server does not sell personal data and does not use workout data for advertising or to train its own models. A third-party AI model processor may process the data required to generate a response requested by the user. When the user connects an external AI platform, that platform may process data returned by the authorized tool call under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Workout data is kept so the user can continue to analyze running history. Users can request deletion or revocation through the app support channel or the developer contact listed in the plugin or app listing.
